When I started flowing every day with a rope, my movement unlocked:

These shifts felt like a miracle. For decades, I’d been stuck in cycles of chronic illness and body pain.

No doctor, no program, no prescription had ever helped longterm.

I was terrified it was too late to ever feel good inside my body again.

Luckily, I was wrong…

The joy of flow hooked me and kept me moving long enough to realize that approaching basic RopeFlow patterns intuitively, while incorporating slightly heavier ropes, was the movement Holy Grail my body had been seeking.

The path I forged—from suffering to joy—was so simple and effective, I knew I had to share it.
